Gab DeFranceschi is an executive event producer, project manager and founder of a boutique consulting practice. She brings over a decade of experience in fast paced and around the clock global events, travel and operations which guides her belief in developing strong operational processes so as to maximize efficiency and increase space for creativity.

She is consistently engaged by teams looking for an advisor and partner that will provide the highest level of excellence in service. Gab assesses each event as its own start up, no matter how many years it has run.  Drawing from years of experience launching and leading global programs, multinational summits, coordinated campaigns and bespoke gatherings she has engaged hundreds of speakers, dignitaries & stakeholders from amongst thousands of attendees in almost every U.S. state and upwards of twenty countries on behalf of her clients.

Earlier in her career, Gab served two White Houses as Deputy Director of Advance for the Office of The Vice President and Senior Advance Coordinator for the Office of the President.  She also served The Obama Foundation's International Team in their first four years, creating, launching and managing the full-scope event, production and travel infrastructures for year-round leadership programs occuring concurrently in Africa, the Asia-Pacific, Europe and the U.S.

A firm believer in the power of convening spaces to advance a mission, she knows that how the work is done is just as critical to the success of the event as the work itself.   Gab brings an understanding to her work as an event producer that each engagement is an opportunity to prioritize how we make people feel, and that the connections established during a convening build the brand, legacy and story that creates a ripple effect.
